一、个人简介

王振杰,男,工学博士,毕业于南京农业大学食品科学与工程专业。主要从事农产品质量无损检测,果蔬贮藏与加工的研究,在高光谱成像、可见近红外光谱、显微高光谱成像、光学特性、化学计量学、机器学习等方面积累丰富经验,累计发表研究性论文二十余篇。获得优秀教师、先进个人、优秀毕业论文指导老师等;参获2023年度中国食品工业协会科学技术奖一等奖(7/13)。

担任《无机及分析化学》、《食品工艺学》、《食品营养学》、《食品保藏学》、《食品工厂设计》、《植物学食品加工工艺学》等食品专业课程的教学工作;2017级食品质量与安全专业辅导员;协助负责学生实践教学(见习实训)、学生实习、学生学科竞赛等工作;指导学生获省级(B类)大赛“一等奖”1项、“二等奖”4项,“三等奖”3项;2020全国大学生生命科学竞赛国赛“三等奖”1项;
