个人简介:
本人为浙江大学生物信息学博士,研究方向聚焦于病原菌系统生物学与精准肿瘤学,致力于开发前沿AI算法以解决关键生物医学问题。已在该领域取得系列研究成果,在Communications Biology、Nucleic Acids Research、mSystems等权威期刊上发表论文30余篇,其中以第一/共同第一或通讯作者发表13篇,谷歌学术H指数13。现拥有国家发明专利2项。积极参与学术共同体建设,担任Advanced Science、Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal等高水平期刊审稿人,并受邀出任Frontiers in Bioinformatics客座编辑。
