个人简介:

吴国火,男,2022年12月获得安徽农业大学博士学位,现为阜阳师范大学生物与食品工程学院讲师,硕士生导师。主要研究方向为天然食品及食药同源类物质中功能因子提取、鉴定及其构效关系解析,功能性食品研究开发等,在Phytomedicine, Food Science and Human Wellness及Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry等国际权威期刊发表高水平SCI论文10余篇,近五年主持或参与各类课题10余项。
