韩云飞，男，1994年11月生，安徽省阜阳市，中共党员，理学博士学位。主要从事遥感定标、温室气体监测、卫星数据处理以及农业遥感应用，涉及高光谱遥感、深度学习以及全球碳排放监测等前沿领域。讲授电子技术基础、模拟数字技术、数字电子技术等课程。
