柴晓娜，女，1977年6月生。工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。主要从事稀土掺杂发光材料的研究工作。近年来，主持完成教育厅自然科学研究项目、协同创新项目等科研、教研项目多项。在Optical Express等国际学术期刊发表SCI论文10余篇。主要承担《力学》《大学物理》《物理课程标准与教材分析》等课程的教学工作。指导学生多次参加国家级、省级学科技能竞赛取得优异成绩。
