张志明，男，汉族，中共党员，工学博士，硕士生导师。主要从事鲁棒控制、间歇控制、时滞系统、复杂网络和数学教育领域的理论与研究工作，主持安徽省自然科学基金（面上）1项，安徽省教育厅自然科学研究重点项目1项，基础教育专项研究项目1项。主讲数学分析、实变函数、泛函分析、高等数学等课程。
