张 苛

一、个人基本情况

张苛,男,汉族,安徽宿州人,工学博士(后),教授,工程造价教研室主任,阜阳师范大学(工程管理专硕)、安徽理工大学(土木工程学硕、土木水利专硕)硕士生导师,2016年博士毕业于长安大学道路与铁道工程专业。阜阳师范大学智慧新城建与安全运维工程研究中心、绿色建筑建材产业链创新团队负责人,阜阳师范大学优秀教师、优秀科研工作者、优秀共产党员,安徽省、广东省、河北省科技厅入库专家,安徽省综合评标评审专家、阜阳市工程系列中级职称评审专家,主要从事智慧交通基础设施建造与运维、绿色低碳建筑材料方面的教学及科研工作。

近年来,主持安徽省自然科学基金、安徽高校自然科学研究重点项目、公路养护技术国家工程实验室开放基金等省部级科研项目6项,企业委托横向项目9项,以第一作者/通讯作者发表论文50余篇(其中SCI检索30篇),获授权发明专利10余项,获陕西省交通运输科学技术奖二等奖和河南省第五届自然科学学术奖二等奖各1项,SCI三区期刊Coatings客座编辑,是CBM、WM、STE、JEM、IJPE、JTTE、JRE和JMCE等二十余个SCI期刊的审稿人。
