武汉大学张先正教授团队在 Nature 子刊 Nature Nanotechnology 上发表了题为：An orally administered gene editing nanoparticle boosts chemo-immunotherapy in colorectal cancer 的研究论文。

该研究开发了一种可口服的 CRISPR-Cas9 基因编辑纳米颗粒递送系统，通过敲除 TRAP1 基因，导致癌细胞线粒体崩溃，增强化疗诱导的细胞坏死，从而增强结直肠癌的化学-免疫疗法。这种口服 CRISPR-Cas9 纳米颗粒递送系统为结直肠癌的临床治疗提供了一种很有前景的新策略。
