王先传，男，汉族，工学博士，1983年出生于安徽省宿州市。2005年7月获阜阳师范学院计算机科学与技术专业学士学位，2008年3月获东北大学测试计量技术及仪器专业硕士学位，2017年9月获上海大学计算机应用技术专业工学博士学位。2018年1月于阜阳师范学院计算机与信息工程学院任教。
