吕滢琨，女，安徽阜阳人。本科毕业于安徽财经大学财务管理学专业，硕士毕业于英国利兹大学管理学专业，博士毕业于马来西亚泰莱大学企业财务管理专业。主要研究方向：公司财务、企业价值创造、公司治理、人力资本、数智化转型等。
