
一、个人基本情况
张伟,男,河南信阳人,中共党员,工学博士,讲师,2023年6月毕业于长安大学道路与铁道工程专业,目前在阜阳师范大学从事教学与科研工作,连续两年入选阜阳师范大学科研尖刀英才。近年来围绕道路结构设计与施工、路面材料研发、新型路面养护技术等方向发表高水平学术论文20余篇,一作(通讯作者)SCI论文10篇,授权国家专利6项,参与国家军委后勤保障项目和国家自然科学基金3项。目前担任《公路工程》青年编委、Coatings客座编辑、第三届WTC学部技术委员会委员以及国内外多本期刊审稿专家等职务。
